Description: This program solves the 2D simplified friction problem
    - \Delta u + u = f   in  \Omega = (0,1)^2
with the conditions for simplified friction
  |du/dn| <= g   
  |du/dn| <  g  =>  u = 0   
  |du/dn| =  g  =>  u * (du/dn) <= 0  
on the the boundary of \Omega with g>0.
This problem leads to a variational inequality of the second kind. TH functional j(v) is replaced by the continuous differentibale one
