Description: zeichne_Vierecke(n,factor,flag,wolke) draws a fractal
landscape given by a recursively computed mountain in 3D.
It consists of squares and can be constructed with or without randomisation.

n gives the number of iterations.
factor is the contraction factor.
flag indicates whether the height difference is chosen randomly -
flag = 0 is random, every other flag gives the deterministic picture.
wolke = 0 draws a 2D-picture of a cloud instead of the 3D-mountain.

zeichne_Vierecke(n,factor,flag) plots the mountain (wolke = 1).

zeichne_Vierecke(n,factor) plots a random mountain (flag = 0).

zeichne_Vierecke uses n = 5 and factor = 0.5 in addition.
